Phone Recycle Bank is now offering customers two additional forms of payment through BACS and PayPal. The benefits of these payment methods mean it is a simple automated process and reduces any risk of loss or theft of payment.

In addition for those customers who choose to post their old mobile phones in their own envelope they will now receive an extra £2. If you opt to post your old mobile phone to us using your own envelope you can still use the FREE post address, please bare in mind that we do recommend that all customers use registered postage to ensure the safe delivery of their handset.

There have also been a series of improvements made to the Phone Recycle Bank website including amendments to the FAQ’s and Contact Us pages. As well as the introduction of an additional entry field for IMEI’s helping to reduce the number of incorrect IMEI’s being entered. We have also made some alterations that make the selection process for working and non working phones much clearer.

We feel that these changes will bring greater convenience to customer using our service to recycle their old mobile phones and will have a positive impact on the efficiency of our service.
